Maelfa Wellbeing Centre

Recently completed The New Maelfa Welling Being Centre at LLanederyn Cardiff featuring various floor finishes supplied by CS Flooring Solutions has opened its doors.

Thanks to a £14 million pound investment from Welsh Government, the new centre was built onto the current Council Powerhouse Community Hub so it makes use of the services provided from the Powerhouse with a community café, shared community rooms and an advice area, where health, local authority and third sector groups can provide advice, education and wellbeing services.

Working with Willmott Dixon the project was completed on time by the site team ably lead by Rhys Williams, Supply chain projects included Desso Airmaster carpet tiles ,Polyflor Expona flow and Silentflor vinyl sheet with all subfloor products being supported by Bostik and stair accessories through Gradus.

An important and welcome addition to the regeneration scheme currently undergoing at Maelfa.
