Anchor Works Project

We are 3 months in working with United Living on their Anchor Works Project in Cardiff Bay. Working towards PC in October the completed development contains two blocks which consist of 252 one-bed and 180 two-bed apartments, with balconies, a gym and home-working space. One block would be 16 storeys high and the other nine storeys. Our total work brief consists of 21500 sqm CFS Eternity LVT to apartments with approx 4000 sqm CFS Bloq carpet tiles to all communal areas. All sub floor preparation being provided by Bostik to achieve an acceptable floor substrate enhanced by floor to ceiling windows.

Altro resins to plant rooms with Quantum Profiles are responsible for supplying stair accessories and door thresholds.
